Delete a single listing

Sign in, open Dashboard → Listings, choose the listing and select Delete. Its public page stops working immediately, and the listing record along with its uploaded photos is removed from our systems.

Disconnect WhatsApp

To stop us processing messages from your number, go to Dashboard → Settings and clear your WhatsApp number. We will no longer associate incoming messages from that number with your account.

Delete your entire account

Email hello@plotlabs.in from the address registered on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm the request, then delete your account, all your listings and all uploaded photos.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days and email you when it is done. Records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices for tax purposes, are retained for the statutory period and nothing else.

What deletion does not cover

If you shared a listing link or a PDF brochure with someone, we cannot recall copies they already downloaded or forwarded. Search engines may also hold cached copies of a public listing page for a period after deletion; we will remove the page at our end, but caching is controlled by the search engine.
