What PlotLabs does

You send us property photos and rough notes, on the web or over WhatsApp. We generate a public listing page and a PDF brochure you can share with buyers. Descriptions are drafted automatically from the details you give us.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Provide accurate information, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. One account is for one realtor or agency; do not share credentials.

Your content, and who is responsible for it

You keep ownership of the photos and property information you upload. You grant us the licence needed to host that material, generate listing pages and brochures from it, and display it publicly when you choose to publish.

You confirm that, for everything you upload:

• You own it or have permission to use it, including from the property owner
• It does not infringe anyone else’s rights
• The property details you provide are accurate and not misleading
• You are entitled to market the property

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including the parts we drafted for you. We generate descriptions from what you tell us; we do not verify property details, ownership, titles, approvals or measurements, and we do not inspect properties.

We are a tool, not a publisher or an agent

PlotLabs is software you use to produce your own marketing material. Everything on a listing page or brochure — the photos, the property details, and the wording — is your material, published by you, under your name and your agency’s name. We host and format it; we do not adopt it, endorse it, or check it.

Descriptions, headlines and brochure copy are drafted automatically from the notes and details you provide. They are a starting point, not a verified statement of fact. Automated drafting can misread you, or phrase something in a way you did not intend. Nothing is published until you choose to publish it, and by publishing you adopt that wording as your own and take responsibility for it. Read every listing before you publish it, and correct anything that is wrong — in particular the price, the carpet area and the location.

We are not a real estate agent, broker or dealer. We do not market property, introduce buyers to sellers, negotiate, hold money, or take any part in a transaction arising from a listing. No agency, partnership or brokerage relationship exists between us and you, and none exists between us and anyone who views your listing.

Meeting the rules that apply to property advertising is your responsibility, not ours. That includes any registration, disclosure or licensing requirement that applies to you or to the property — for example under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and the rules made under it — and any approval you need from the owner. We do not check whether a property is registered or whether you are entitled to advertise it.

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable to you, to a buyer, or to anyone else for the content of a listing, for a decision anyone takes after reading one, or for any transaction that follows from it. If you believe a listing on PlotLabs is unlawful or infringes your rights, write to hello@plotlabs.in and we will review it and remove it where appropriate.

Acceptable use

Do not use PlotLabs to:

• Advertise properties you are not authorised to market
• Post false, misleading or fraudulent listings
• Upload unlawful, offensive or infringing material
• Send unsolicited bulk messages to anyone
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service

We may remove listings or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Plans and payment

The free plan includes three published listings. Paid plans are a single payment through Razorpay, not a subscription: nothing renews, nothing recurs, and there is nothing to cancel. A plan raises the total number of listings you may publish on the account, for as long as the account exists. Unpublishing a listing does not return it to your allowance. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give notice before changing prices, and a change never reduces an allowance you have already paid for.

WhatsApp

The WhatsApp portion of the service depends on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and is subject to their terms and availability. We are not responsible for delays, outages or policy changes on Meta’s side.

Availability

We aim to keep PlotLabs running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes affecting paid plans.

Liability

PlotLabs is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. On closure your listings stop being publicly available and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: hello@plotlabs.in.
