- Do I need to install anything?
- No. You send photos over WhatsApp from the number you already message clients from. Your dashboard is just a website you visit when you want to review or edit a listing.
- Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
- No. You message the PlotLabs number from your normal WhatsApp, exactly as you would message anyone else. The business account is on our side, not yours.
- What does it cost right now?
- Three listings are free for good. Past that, Pro is a one-time ₹349 for fifteen and Pro Max a one-time ₹599 for thirty. Nothing recurs — there is no subscription to cancel. Everything you have already published stays live, and drafts are always free.
- Who writes the description?
- You send rough notes — price, locality, size, condition, anything you'd normally text a client — and PlotLabs turns that into a polished description. It never invents details you didn't mention, so confirm the carpet area and price yourself before publishing.
- Can I edit a listing after it goes live?
- Yes, from your dashboard. Open the listing, change any field, and the public page updates on the same link. Editing over WhatsApp isn't supported yet — corrections have to go through the dashboard.
- Can buyers download a PDF?
- Yes. Every listing page has a one-tap brochure download with all the photos, useful for sharing over email or forwarding to clients abroad.
- Who is behind PlotLabs?
- PlotLabs is a Ground Truth product — Ground Truth is the company that builds and operates it, and is the entity named in our terms and privacy policy.
- Is it a subscription?
- No. You pay once and the listings are yours for good — there is nothing recurring, nothing to cancel, and no card kept on file. Pro is a single ₹349; Pro Max a single ₹599, or ₹250 if you already bought Pro.
